One-Piece Welded Frame Construction
AutoSet Control with Material Library
The AutoSet Control is a major advancement in sawing automation. Through the intuitive 7” (178 mm) Mitsubishi FX5U touchscreen, operators can select a material profile (solid, tube, beam, or angle), input width, and indicate bundle cutting. The control automatically determines the optimal feed rate, blade speed, and down feed pressure, and recommends the correct TPI to optimize performance and blade life.
This system simplifies setup, reduces operator dependency, and ensures fast, accurate, and consistent cuts every time.
Dual-Post Frame Construction
The H-22A’s rigid dual-post column design eliminates twist and deflection for perfectly square cuts. The one-piece welded frame requires no alignment, maintaining precision even under heavy loads.
Automatic Multi-Indexing Shuttle
A cast-iron shuttle vise automatically indexes material up to 34” (863 mm) in a single stroke, featuring automatic kerf compensation for precise cut length.
Steel guide arms ensure constant alignment. The idler side guide arm is mechanically linked to the moveable front vise jaw, maintaining proper spacing at all times.

The H-22A features a hydraulic positive down feed and a high-resolution feed-rate valve, enabling constant feed pressure when cutting difficult alloys.
Full-capacity, full-stroking hydraulic vises provide secure material clamping, while variable vise pressure allows delicate thin-wall materials to be cut without deformation.
Laser Light
Projects a bright, visible line onto the material for precise alignment and faster setup for manual cuts.
Direct-Drive Blade System
A 10 HP (7.5 kW) VFD direct-drive motor transmits full power to the blade — no belts or pulleys — for higher torque, reduced vibration, and minimal maintenance.
Heavy-duty cast-iron band wheels and hydraulic carbide guide tensioning ensure smooth tracking and blade stability.
Operator Interface & Safety
The AutoSet Control interface features built-in diagnostics, job memory for 999 programs with a 10-job queue.
Safety features include:
• Blade breakage and out-of-stock switches
• Safety door interlocks
• Work light and flood coolant with wash-down hose
The H-22A also includes:
• Automatic chip-removal auger keeps the work area clean.
